Seminole Canyon State Historic Park, Comstock, TX - Mar 10-12
We have reported from this lovely state park twice before. It is one of our favorite places, and we will return whenever it is along the way. It is a lovely Chihuahuan desert location, which is very quiet & secluded. There are many ancient pictographs dating from 6000-2000 BC. We took a lovely hike to an overlook of the Panther Cave pictographs and were able to see them quite well through our binoculars.# posted by Doug and Willie @ 5:42 PM
